Cancellations 24-hour notice is required. There is a 20% charge for cancellations less than 24 hours. If you no call/no show, there will be a non-refundable deposit* in order to rebook. After 2 no-shows, I will not rebook you. Late shows- If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a cancellation and will need to pay deposit* in order to rebook *Deposits will depend on service Payments- I accept Venmo, cash or credit card. ☆Credit card includes a 2.6% fee!☆ I do NOT accept partial payments! Guests - My space is limited. So guests are not allowed at your appointment unless you have cleared it with me ahead of time. Communication is key. I understand that life happens.
